Had a nice time enjoying the spa and soaking in the sauna after a busy day. The family rooms were super convenient with their innovative bunk beds for the kids. Just a heads up, the beds are on the firmer side, but that didn't take away from our overall fun experience! 😊

I was also surprised to have to self check-in without a clear explanation from the reception staff. Overall, I felt that the hotel had potential but needs to address these issues to improve guest satisfaction.
